How to Solve error Unable to Evaluate Expression because the code is optimized or a native frame is on top of the call Stack

Some time during Response.Redirect() in asp.net you got the error Unable to evaluate expression. This error can be solved by passing  the argument false inside Response.Redirect()

Sample code:
Response.Redirect("Url",false);
