Error saving changes is not permitted in MSSQL Server

While trying to add new column in table which is already created and trying to save table the following error may occur:
“Saving changes is not permitted. The changes you have made require the following tables to be dropped and re-created. You have either made changes to a table that can’t be re-created or enable the option prevent saving changes that require the table to be re-created”

Steps to solve error saving changes is not permitted in MSSQL Server
Step 1: In Sql Server Management Studio click on Tools and then select Options as shown in diagram:

Step 2: In the option window Select Designers in the left side and in the right side under Table Options uncheck the option ‘Prevent saving changes that require table re-creation ‘ and click on Ok button as shown in the snapshot below:

After following all the steps given above again try to save your table.
